Het smeltpunt van aluminiumoxidekeramiek is maar liefst 2050 ℃ en het kan stabiel werken in een omgeving met hoge temperaturen van 1600 ℃.aluminiumoxide keramische schaalzal niet zacht worden of vervormen door hoge temperaturen, wat een langdurige betrouwbaarheid garandeert. De levensduur vanaluminiumoxide keramische trayskunnen 5-10 keer zo hoog zijn als die van metalen materialen, waardoor de vervangingsfrequentie en onderhoudskosten aanzienlijk worden verlaagd.
Toepassingen van aluminiumoxide keramische schaal

Onze fabriek
Glijgieten: Spuit de bereide slurry in de gipsmal en laat deze een tijdje staan zodat de gipsmal vocht kan opnemen. De slurry vormt een uniforme massa op de binnenwand van de mal.
Isostatisch persen: Tijdens het isostatisch persen worden bindmiddelen gemengd met het keramische poeder. Hierdoor verandert het poeder in vrij vloeiende korrels die de mallen moeiteloos vullen.
Extrusievormen: Geschikt voor lange buisproducten, het poeder wordt via een extruder in vorm geëxtrudeerd.
